
The representation of physicians and hospitals in litigation involving malpractice. Mr. Cerimele also has extensive experience in toxic tort defense, personal injury defense, employment discrimination defense and insurance defense.
Nick grew up in Johnstown, Pa. and later attended Pennsylvania State University where he received his bachelor’s degree. He then moved to Pittsburgh to attend law school at Duquesne University. While at Duquesne, Nick participated in the Moot Court Competition and was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Society. Throughout law school, Nick was a law clerk with a local insurance defense firm. He also held an internship with the Honorable W. Terrance O’Brien of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County.
Prior to joining MBRO, Nick was an associate attorney with Israel & Wood, specializing in medical malpractice and toxic tort defense.
Nick and his wife Leeann reside in the eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh and celebrated the birth of their first child in May 2007.
